On Fridays, the students get to use our classroom reward system and get these fun snacks, candy, and prizes. They enjoy picking out and showing their classmates what they got. It brought a lot of positive energy into our classroom! \r\nThey were so excited when they saw all of the amazing things we got! Their faces lit up when they saw the snack bins and prize basket. Many students couldn't stop talking about how much fun it would be to earn their favorites. It's been such a motivator — they now remind each other to stay focused and do their best so they can earn classroom rewards.\r\nWe're continuing to build responsibility, effort, and community through our classroom incentive system. Students are setting personal goals and tracking their progress each week. The rewards help keep them engaged as we move into more challenging units, especially in science and math. These resources are making a real difference in helping students stay motivated and proud of their hard work.","fullyFundedDate":1757433242825,"projectUrl":"project/creating-a-classroom-where-every-student/9654759/","projectTitle":"Creating a Classroom Where Every Student Can Shine","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Dufek","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10226375"},{"teacherId":9710743,"projectId":9281853,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your donations to my project. To see students from Kindergarten to 8th grade excited about seeing words they know in their language throughout the school is amazing. It is very interesting to hear the conversations during lunch as the children are reading the signs and teaching their peers how to properly pronounce words. It is also very nice to see everyone getting along and showing interest in someone else culture. \r\n Our middle school students were extremely grateful for our LED sign. They don't have to ask about afterschool meetings, what elective day it is, ball practice and/or games, school sales, or any other important information because it is now displayed for them where they can see it daily. Even the teachers say it is helpful in not having to answer the same questions repeatedly everyday. We want our students to be aware of the happenings at our school so they will come out and support!\r\n Our Principal has a motto that says \"Lets make Penderlea the place to be,\" and with your generous donations, you have done just that! \r\nThank you!!","fullyFundedDate":1746710977987,"projectUrl":"project/we-are-better-together/9281853/","projectTitle":"We Are Better Together!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Mary","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9710743"},{"teacherId":9710743,"projectId":8709764,"letterContent":"I love that I was able to create an interactive bulletin board for the students in my school! They have asked quest that requires me to do even more research to insure that I was giving the correct answers.
