The new resources have made our classroom more inviting and comfortable while encouraging greater excitement about reading. Students now have the flexibility to choose a cozy spot to enjoy their books, whether it is the carpet, a comfortable chair, or one of the stools at our kidney table with a soft pillow for added comfort.\r\n\r\nOne of the most rewarding changes has been seeing how eager they are to read independently. As soon as they complete their independent assignments, many of them excitedly grab a book or an iPad and head straight to their designated reading area. These resources have helped create a welcoming environment where students are more motivated to explore books and enjoy reading.\r\n\r\nMy scholars were filled with excitement when they first saw the new materials! They were eager to get everything set up so they could begin using the resources right away. Their enthusiasm was wonderful to see, and they could hardly wait to explore their new classroom spaces. It was especially exciting to see how quickly they embraced the materials and began making them part of their daily routines.\r\n\r\n\r\nMoving forward, I plan to continue incorporating the carpet and comfortable chair into our daily independent reading activities to encourage students to develop a love of reading in a relaxing and inviting environment. I will also use the kidney table and five stools to support small-group instruction and collaborative learning activities. These resources will provide students with comfortable, organized spaces where they can focus, participate, build confidence, and strengthen their academic skills.\r\n\r\nThank you so much to our generous donors for making these experiences possible!
