As students had the opportunity to take Bob apart, they were amazed to make the connection between the compactness i n the model and the compactedness in their own bodies. There was a lot of touching their abdomens to try and figure out where the organs were. Before we begin the oddocal unit my students a begiining to understands the differences in the organs and their scientific names.
