Because of your kindness, our students now have access to the tools and resources they need to learn, explore, and create.\r\n\r\nYour contributions provided us with a much-needed printer, plenty of paper, pens, and engaging classroom games. These items will not only make daily learning smoother, but they will also encourage collaboration, creativity, and a stronger sense of community in our classroom.\r\n\r\nThe joy on my students' faces as they discovered this new space was priceless. They are already excited to use the printer for projects, dive into the games during learning breaks, and take ownership of this new corner designed just for them.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in the power of education and for investing in our students' success. This was a dream I had for my classroom and it was fulfilled because of generous donors, like yourself, who selflessly donate to classrooms, and students in need.\r\n\r\nMy students were so excited when the stools first arrived. We actually have had to draw names for those who get to sit in them because they are fought over daily. They are so sturdy and exactly what my fifth graders needed, since the size of a fifth grader varies from class to class. \r\n\r\nMy students use the stools every single day. We use them in small groups, for after school tutoring, and as a place to just sit and complete work. WIth your stools in our classroom we are able to gather all in one place where we can review content and work to master our ELA. I love being able to pull my students together, in one place, to intervene on concepts they are confused on, it makes giving my students what they need so much easier.","fullyFundedDate":1741563383293,"projectUrl":"project/small-group-seating/8947387/","projectTitle":"Small Group Seating","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Moore","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8397406_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1651617609807","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8397406"},{"teacherId":9705646,"projectId":8700785,"letterContent":"The project to create an organized learning space has significantly improved the first-grade classroom environment by enhancing both functionality and student engagement.\r\n\r\nHeadphones have provided students with the ability to focus better during independent learning activities, such as listening to reading programs or working on educational apps. This has minimized distractions and allowed students to engage more deeply with the material.\r\n\r\nStools have offered flexible seating options, allowing students to choose a comfortable spot that supports their learning style. This has improved concentration and increased participation, as students feel more at ease and empowered to engage in lessons.\r\n\r\nThe letter organizer has introduced an efficient system for managing student work and communication. Students can easily find and store their materials, reducing clutter and improving overall classroom organization. This has helped foster responsibility and independence as students learn to manage their own materials.\r\n\r\nOverall, these improvements have created a more structured and supportive learning environment, encouraging focus, independence, and a sense of ownership over the learning process.","fullyFundedDate":1733189321530,"projectUrl":"project/creating-an-organized-learning-space-for/8700785/","projectTitle":"Creating an Organized Learning Space for Success","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Corns","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9705646"},{"teacherId":9833175,"projectId":8937672,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for donating to my classroom. As a first year teacher I truly appreciate it. I have always had a special love for science and am responsible for planning science lessons for my 1st grade team. These resources will help inspire hands on learning activities for not only my class but for 3 other classrooms as well.\r\nCurrently 1st grade is learning about the different habitats and the animals that live in them. The habitat resource provides facts and images that my students have loved. They are using these facts to create their own habitat posters that they will be presenting to their peers.\r\nI am excited for next year as well when I can use the human body and paleontology sets.
