The first time someone forgot a hair tie before a performance, they went straight to the bag, and you could just see the relief on their face. Having these items available has given my cheerleaders a sense of security and confidence, knowing they don't have to stress if they forget something or need a quick fix. It's brought them peace of mind and helped them focus more on performing and supporting one another.
