This year I chose to fundraise money for a classroom standing desk. I have found this desk to be extremely beneficial for students who struggle with sitting. More so I have found I to be useful for my teaching. I often store things on the desk to help with classroom organization, roll it into the hallway to aid in classroom transitions, roll it around the classroom while teaching to have close proximity to different areas in the room, and even use it as a mobile desk for spaces in or around the school that do not have free standing desks.
