We did a lot of role-play in how the tools can be helpful and this really helped students understand the importance of self-regulation and how it impacts one's school day.\r\n\r\nThank you for funding this project. The excitement and joy on their faces when they saw the materials in our tub and on our light table for the first time was awesome and brightened all our days!\r\n Each day, because our little ones learn best through play, get to choose a center to play in (like blocks, dramatic play, sensory bin, science, etc.). Our light table in the science center (with translucent sensory materials) has been a hit every single day. The children rarely visited that center on their own before that. The materials were inspected, sorted, bounced, and talked about. In the other sensory bin, the tiny sensory rings helped the children learn to scoop, pour, share, and make bracelets! Their fine motor skills and social emotional skills are growing because of your donation!!\r\n The next project we are working on is music! We use instruments in the classroom daily, but the amount we have is very limited. The few things we do have were amazingly found at thrift stores! We are hoping to get classroom sets of instruments so that we can learn to play together, and learn new skills through the joy of music.","fullyFundedDate":1757683093417,"projectUrl":"project/together-for-tiny-triumphs-in-special-ed/9691073/","projectTitle":"Together for Tiny Triumphs in Special Education Preschool","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Davis","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9187663_orig.jpg?crop=295,295,x0,y23&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1757192399401","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mrs-davis-spedpreschool"},{"teacherId":9606514,"projectId":8667956,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your donation to fund this project.
