I truly appreciate your generosity and the opportunity to have resources that help me support and encourage my students.\r\n\r\nAlthough we are a virtual school, our students still come to campus for testing and other academic activities. The refrigerator allows me to keep refreshments and treats available for them when they come in. On October 15, students received refreshments after completing their WorkKeys/ACT testing, and on October 27, they received refreshments following benchmark testing.\r\n\r\nI also teach Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses, where my students work hard to prepare for industry-recognized credentialing exams. During October, I have been using treats to recognize students who earn a score of 80 or higher. I want them to know that I see their hard work and appreciate the effort they put into preparing for their exams. It's a small way to celebrate their accomplishments and encourage them to keep doing their best!\r\n\r\nAs a teacher, I know how important it is to encourage students and let them know that their hard work matters. Whether they are taking an important test or working toward a career credential, I want my students to feel supported and proud of what they accomplish.\r\n\r\nWhat's Next?\r\n\r\nMy students will continue preparing for their upcoming CTE credentialing exams and working toward their academic goals. I look forward to celebrating their progress and encouraging them as they take the next steps toward their future careers.\r\n\r\nThank you again for thinking of my students and helping make this project possible. I appreciate your kindness and support. Having resources like this helps me find little ways to encourage my students and celebrate their successes.
