Every single dollar you donated has been converted into palpable excitement and better learning experiences for our students.\r\n\r\nOur new resources have been truly transformative in our day-to-day lessons. A fantastic example is the immediate use of our new dry erase markers and supplies. We use them daily in math and reading, but what's most exciting is how they help students make their thinking visible instantly. Recently, as we practiced complex skills like identifying vowel teams and patterns, the desks and whiteboards became collaborative canvases where every student could engage, show their work, and learn from their peers. This hands-on visibility has dramatically boosted engagement!\r\n\r\nWhen all of our new materials arrived, the students were buzzing! We were able to stock up our snack station with protein-rich fuel that keeps bellies full and most importantly, keeps brains ready and focused through the critical afternoon hours. And our new standing desk is utilized constantly—it's now a favorite spot for one-on-one support sessions and for small groups to gather for flexible, collaborative work.\r\n\r\nYour generosity didn't just supply our classroom; it provided energy, focus, and flexibility that we use every single hour.\r\n\r\nWe are already building on this momentum! We are currently embarking on a new curriculum and have an active project to add new, durable book bins to our learning space to properly organize all of our shared reading and independent choice books. We're excited about this next step in keeping our library accessible and engaging for everyone.\r\n\r\nThank you again for contributing to our classroom. Your support is immeasurable, and you are making a tangible difference in the lives of these students every day. We start our day with Morning Meeting where all students have space to sit and build community together. Throughout the day, the students either gravitate to the rug to work with a partner, or they sit on the carpet to be close to the learning. We have whole group lessons on the carpet and this rug is great because of the individual sit spots.\r\nWhen our rug was delivered my current students were so surprised and excited. They immediately sat on the carpet and ran their hands over it to feel how soft it was.
