Thank you! Thank you! My students were ecstatic to receive and utilize the brand new headphones. The beautiful bright colors of the headphones made them more inviting. The students used them to visit educational websites, play math and ELA games, and use apps to reinforce previously taught skills. the students completed lessons assigned to them that were tailored to challenge them at their individual levels. \r\nIn our class, we teach a very diverse group of students. In a class of 16 students, 3 are level 1 English Language Learners, meaning they have a very limited knowledge of the English language. The headphones were an excellent tool for this group of students to have more practice listening to instructions in their native language in order to complete assignments in English. Lessons were also able to be differentiated further for students with varying disabilities. The headphones permitted all students to have their needs met in a more personal way. For example, if a student has a Speech/Language Impairment. They could practice listening and speaking on their device without distracting other students.
