(Pumpkins!) They eagerly are checked each day for signs of growth, and are celebrating every sprout and leaf. For many, this was their first time planting, and it has sparked a new appreciation for where our food comes from and how much care goes into growing it.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials arrived, the students were thrilled—they couldn't wait to unpack everything and get started.
