Students may not have the tools to regulate those feels or channel the energy built up. \r\n\r\nHaving a bunch of sensory toys available for students to use has made a big difference in helping my students regulate themeselves. Whether it's a whole group snensory brain break or individual brain brake, Once they are able to refocus, learning can begin or continue.
