They love being able to change how bright they get and choosing which manipulatives to use on them. \r\n\r\nThese are not something you typically see in homes so they aren't getting to use them all the time and they get so excited when they see them getting set up in the classroom. I use them as part of my center rotations and you can see the excitement when they get to rotate to the light table center. Recently we have been using them to create the letters we are learning by connecting cubes and building the letter on a pattern on the light table! \r\n\r\nI like watching them be creative with the manipulatives when I give them free play with the light table. Sometimes they create animals, write their names with the letters, or line up items up in patterns.
