Because my students often worked on tasks that were tailored to their individual learning needs, the classroom naturally included a variety of activities happening at the same time. Headphones allowed students to listen to instructional videos, access text-to-speech supports, and review directions independently without distracting their peers. My MLL students now have more options to choose from to participate in our Independent Reading projects, and one of them (pictured) even shared one of the books (Rizos) on our school's weekly news broadcast/sharing VTV (Vibes Television) in the segment Recent Reads. \r\nMy students have also enjoyed collaborating and creating word webs (pictured) of our unit on Climate Change with the jumbo sticky notes that now adorn the classroom windows and walls.
