After thoughtful discussion, students realized classmates weren't stealing them—they were simply forgetting to return them. They designed and printed pencil toppers as friendly reminders. Next, they created animal-themed bookmarks to help students find their place and crayon sharpeners to solve the problem of dull crayons.\r\n\r\nNow, our students actively look for problems to solve. Planting and nurturing seeds will further reinforce lessons of responsibility, patience, and perseverance as students observe life cycles and growth.
