We've been using the games, visuals, and tools to strengthen narrative comprehension, phonemic and phonological awareness, vocabulary building, story elements, following directions, identifying details, answering WH-questions, summarizing, retelling, recalling events and expanding sentences. They've been using the tools to encourage responses with more details, and their eagerness along with a slight competitive nature when incorporating a game has really pushed them to participate and try their best. Their excitement is contagious, and you can see their confidence growing with each turn.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials, their faces lit up. They couldn't wait to touch everything and were already asking, \"Can we use this today?\" before I even introduced the activity. The new tools truly made learning feel like play.\r\n\r\nNext, we're diving into a retelling and summarizing project where students will use these materials to sequence events, identify key details, and formulate longer sentences with clarity. These resources will continue supporting their growth as they learn to express themselves with more confidence and skill each day. \r\n\r\nThanks again from the top, bottom, and middle of our hearts for your commitment to education, your generosity, and the difference you make in the lives of others.","fullyFundedDate":1756852244177,"projectUrl":"project/play-talk-learn-building-language-thr/9577057/","projectTitle":"Play, Talk, Learn: Building Language Through Interactive Therapy","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Ford","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7626115"},{"teacherId":4239418,"projectId":5969979,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
