We've been using them throughout our indoor training this winter as we prepare for a successful spring season. Our runners were super excited when we opened the boxes at practice and they ask to use the bands every time we workout.\r\n\r\nThe bands have helped our runners commit to a program of continuous improvement over the winter months. It's been very gratifying for Coach Albaeck and myself to see the progress from the first day in the gym flailing around with the bands to the seriousness with which each runner now works through the stretching routine. We can see their confidence growing as they get stronger and more flexible and there is no doubt that the work we are putting in now will pay dividends on the track in the spring.\r\n\r\nIt's been great to see our runners push themselves to get the most out of every practice.
