Because of your support, our Model UN students have been able to reach new heights this year, and I am thrilled to share the direct impact your contribution has made on our team.\r\n\r\nYour support provided the essential materials and funding needed to sustain our program and, most importantly, helped us host our 3rd annual conference, ClintonMUNC III, this past Saturday. While many high schoolers were still asleep, our dedicated students were at school by 5:00 AM preparing to welcome schools from all across New York City.\r\n\r\nWe used your resources to help bridge the gap in our equity initiative. By pairing your support with registration fees from private schools, we were able to waive all fees for Title I public school attendees. This ensured that our conference remained 100% accessible to every student in the city, regardless of their school's budget.\r\n\r\nSeeing our students step into leadership roles; managing logistics, chairing committees, and welcoming peers from prestigious schools like Avenues, UNIS, and Brooklyn Friends, was a proud moment for our entire community. The students felt a immense sense of professional pride; they've worked for months for this moment, and seeing the professional-grade materials and organized environment made them feel like the diplomats they are training to be. In fact, other schools have told us they now plan their entire yearly competition schedule around our event!\r\n\r\nOur award count continues to grow, but more importantly, so does our students' confidence. Now that we have successfully hosted our own conference, we continue to compete. At the end of this month, our team will be traveling BARD to compete again. Your donation hasn't just funded a one-day event; it has fueled a season of growth, critical thinking, and advocacy.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in our students and for helping us keep the doors of diplomacy open to all NYC youth.","fullyFundedDate":1770995345866,"projectUrl":"project/equitable-model-un-for-all/9966835/","projectTitle":"Equitable Model UN for All!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Levy-Parcell","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8296236_orig.jpg?crop=636,636,x134,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1645498311130","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/missbeccalevy"},{"teacherId":1046839,"projectId":9943068,"letterContent":"Thank you!!! Your generous gift of snacks made an immediate difference for our middle and high school students—fueling brains, boosting moods, and turning \"I'm starving\" into \"I'm ready.\" It's amazing how something so simple can create such a big ripple of calm, comfort, and confidence throughout the day.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, students had one less worry and one more reason to feel cared for.
