Your thoughtful contribution has had a meaningful and lasting effect on our campus community.\r\nHaving access to a washer at school allows students to maintain clean clothing, which supports good hygiene, comfort, and confidence. For many of us, this simple addition has reduced stress and made school life a little easier. It also promotes a cleaner, more sanitary environment where everyone can focus better on learning and personal growth.\r\nSince receiving your donation, our students have noticed a real difference in daily life at MSTA. The washing machine has become an important resource for those who need it most, reinforcing the spirit of care and cooperation that defines our school.\r\nThe students at MSTA would like to thank you for your kindness and generosity. The new whiteboard has allowed us to brainstorm ideas together, draw diagrams, and clarify concepts more effectively—something that wasn't possible before. Seeing their excitement and curiosity when they first saw the new whiteboard and supplies was truly inspiring. They couldn't wait to get started and immediately began discussing how they would use the new tools everyday during our lessons. \r\n\r\nYour support has provided my students with the tools they need to enhance their learning experience. \r\n\r\nThank you again for believing in our students and helping us create a more engaging and productive classroom environment. Instead of throwing their assignments away, students flipped through their projects, essays, and reflections, amazed by how much they had grown. It was powerful to see their pride as they looked back on the progress they made from the first quarter to the last.\r\n\r\nIn addition, the electric pencil sharpener we received came at the perfect time—our old one had just broken, and students were struggling to keep their supplies in good shape. They were genuinely excited to have a new, reliable sharpener in the classroom, and it made a big difference in keeping our learning smooth and focused.\r\n\r\nThis project brought both practical support and emotional impact to my students. I had told them about the project and they were expectant, like me. We were on the Christmas break when I got the news that it was funded. I could not wait to tell them. It was the first news they heard when we returned and the joy and excitement on their faces made it all worthwhile. We all had fun unboxing the package and learning how to use the features on the devices. It was exciting to know that they could not only speak one on one with the device in their home language, but they could take pictures of their classwork, books, any writing, and it will be translated to their home language! Another awesome feature is that they could also use it offline! Amazing! It's not just a translator, it teaches vocabulary, oral learning, recorder, and many more!\r\nNow, I am able to better support and communicate with my students and they, with other students of other languages.\r\nThe dry erase markers will last the whole school year! They are colorful and bright. I am able to color code samplers and charts even more easily. This supports various types of learners in my classroom.\r\nThank you very much for making this happen.","fullyFundedDate":1734724994577,"projectUrl":"project/ells-reading-at-grade-level/8797028/","projectTitle":"ELLs Reading at Grade Level!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. OSHIAFI","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8854182_orig.jpg?crop=1392,1392,x0,y231&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1670008060633","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8854182"},{"teacherId":1097550,"projectId":8722110,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for all your donations! We are a small class, but we are mighty and every little bit helps. FOR REAL! Bless you. Student support can be tough in the public school sector, this will go a long way. I thank you for the snacks because the competition to do work and turn it in has increased greatly. I often find some of my students pacing around my desk to see if it is their turn to get a snack and did they do good enough. This leverage gives me a chance to enforce some classroom norms like manners and good communication. The printer, sentence strips, markers, and double-sided tape you provided have made a significant difference in our daily activities. \r\n\r\nIn today's digital world, many of our students thrive when they can integrate technology with hands-on learning. The printer allows them to print colorful visuals and projects that make lessons more engaging and accessible. By using sentence strips, we can create interactive activities that reinforce literacy skills, allowing students to visualize their thoughts and collaborate more effectively. \r\n\r\nThe excitement in the classroom has been palpable! My students are particularly enthusiastic about the markers; they love expressing their creativity during projects and presentations. The combination of these materials has encouraged them to take ownership of their learning and fostered a collaborative environment where they can share ideas freely. \r\n\r\nI've noticed some students who previously struggled with traditional learning methods have flourished with this new technology. For instance, one student who often felt overwhelmed by writing tasks has gained confidence by using sentence strips to organize his thoughts visually before transferring them to paper. It's heartwarming to see how this technology encourages all students to participate actively and feel valued in their learning journey. \r\n\r\nThank you once again for your generosity.
