Thanks to your generous donations we extended the HOC to the other two schools, led by student-teachers that taught them how to do the HOC.\r\n\r\nThe main objective was very successfully completed because many students completed all the twenty challenges to earn the prizes, that is over 20 hours of coding.\r\n\r\nWe established a culture where coding is done by all and we were also able to showcase that our 11th graders taking AP Computer Science principles design and code over seven Apps that work on any phone. With this project, we wanted to ensure that during the mental health group sessions, we could provide snacks for students who stop by the counselor's office for their weekly meetings and counseling sessions. Nutrition is the cornerstone of the classroom, as students need to have full bellies before they can fully engage in their group sessions.
