The new classroom rug is a huge hit and a place where students come to gather in the morning for our Morning Meeting. We also use the rug throughout the day for working with partners, reading independently and for direct instruction. The circles on the rug are very helpful by giving each child a sit spot to stay in. My students love sitting on the rug when given time to work with buddies using lap desks and clipboards too. It truly has made our classroom a more comfortable and welcoming environment.\r\n\r\nThe new small table with green chairs has been a student favorite this year. They always ask if they can sit there to do their work. This table also allows them to have collaborative conversations! They love the flexible seating options that your donation has given them. \r\n\r\nOur classroom has become a beautiful place buzzing with children who are excited to be here and learn! Your donation has truly helped me transform a dull classroom into a colorful space that is comfortable and fun to be in. I love watching my students dive into books!! They love having a special place to keep their books safe!
