I wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest thanks for your generous support of our classroom project. Because of your donation, my students now have access to essential supplies that are already making a meaningful difference in their daily learning experiences.\r\n\r\nWorking with students who have autism and significant developmental disabilities, I see firsthand how much of an impact the right tools and resources can make. Whether it's adaptive materials that promote engagement, sensory tools that support regulation, or hands-on resources that make learning more accessible, each item you helped provide is a step toward helping my students thrive.\r\n\r\nYour kindness has not only brightened our classroom—it has also reminded us that there are people out there who believe in the potential of every child, regardless of the challenges they face. Thank you for being a part of our journey, and for investing in a learning environment where all children are valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.","fullyFundedDate":1735597782135,"projectUrl":"project/supplies-for-students/9022792/","projectTitle":"Supplies for Students","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Saracino","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7850450_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1699356538990","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7850450"},{"teacherId":1864718,"projectId":1173655,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generosity, our new kidney table has completely changed the way we learn math in our classroom! It has become the center of our small group math instruction and the place where so much growth is happening each day.\r\nI now meet with small groups at the table to work on targeted math skills — from solving equations and understanding fractions to building confidence with word problems. Sitting together allows me to see how students think through each step, guide them when they get stuck, and celebrate their success in real time. The kidney shape makes it easy for everyone to see, hear, and participate, which has made a huge difference in engagement and focus.\r\nWhen my students first saw the new table, they were so excited. One said, \"This looks like a real math station!\" and another asked, \"Can we do math here every day?\" It instantly became the most popular spot in the room. The sense of excitement and pride they feel when working there has truly made math more enjoyable for everyone.\r\nOur next goal is to use the table during math centers, where students will rotate through different problem-solving activities and collaborative challenges. It will also be used for small group reteach sessions, ensuring every student has the support they need to master essential skills.\r\nYour generous support didn't just provide furniture — it gave us a space where students feel confident, capable, and excited about math. Thank you for helping create an environment where learning feels personal, engaging, and full of possibility.","fullyFundedDate":1392737211124,"projectUrl":"project/lets-make-math-cozy/1173655/","projectTitle":"Let's Make Math Cozy!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Young","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-10_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/ms-tutelian"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_23795","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":4,"numTeachers":13,"percentFrplEligible":46,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":41,"percentWhite":8,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":45,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Not specified","studentTeacherRatio":".3:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":60.0,"schoolId":23795,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Vincent Ziccolella Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Vincent Ziccolella Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/new-york/greenburgh-graham-ufsd/vincent-ziccolella-elementary-ms/23795"}
