My students have loved using the workbooks to help them work through any mental health issue they are struggling with. \r\nI have been using the Self Esteem workbook with a sophomore student who is struggling with body image and demonstrating a low self esteem. They have found it helpful to use the checklists of what positive and negative traits they currently have and becoming more aware of what changes they can make based on them. \r\nStudents have also worked on their anxiety coping mechanisms based on the worksheets provided in the workbooks. My students love the bean bag chairs as alternative seating. They rush to the classroom to get the \"good spots\" to sit. The bean bag chairs allow them to move to the location in the room that allows them to work quietly and independently or move with a partner when studying together. \r\n\r\nMy students love the soothing background music in the classroom that helps them focus when working or will lift their spirits. The students love the mood that is set in the room as a result of having the two LED lamps. They mention that they find it very comforting and relaxing to enter the room each day. \r\n\r\nI have had several students mention they find the jellyfish lamp calming and will go to the table that it is on to unwind before taking tests. \r\n\r\nThank you so much for helping me to create a classroom that students want to come to each day. I even have students coming down during their free periods because they find the room conducive to getting work completed.
