My students were so excited to help create a cozy, inviting space. They even kept saying how they wanted to \"make the room look cute,\" and their enthusiasm was contagious!! The new lighting and wallpaper have made an incredible difference, turning what was once a stark, plain classroom into a warm, welcoming environment where students actually want to spend time.\r\n\r\nWe're using the new materials every day. The soft chairs and sensory tools are perfect for short breaks or for adapted seating while students complete their work. The calming lights help everyone stay focused and relaxed, and the space has become a favorite spot for both independent work and quiet reflection. The atmosphere feels brighter, more positive, and truly student-centered.\r\n\r\nAs a next step, my students will be selecting photos of people who inspire them to display in our new poster frames. This project has not only made our classroom more comfortable but also more personal and inspiring. We are also learning how to accept wins and losses gracefully. \r\n\r\nIt's been rewarding to watch students play new and unfamiliar video games. There are students who have never played video games before, light up when they are able to play as their favorite character.
