Your thoughtful support has already made a meaningful impact on my special needs students. The sensory chair, stretchy fidget strings, Monkey Noodles, bracelets, and spaghetti stretch toys have quickly become some of the most loved and frequently used tools in our classroom.\r\n\r\nMy students are truly enjoying these materials every day. The sensory chair provides a calming and safe space for students who need help regulating their emotions, while the fidget tools help students stay focused, manage anxiety, and participate more successfully during lessons and activities. I have already noticed students becoming more engaged, confident, and independent as they use these supports throughout the school day. Many students are excited to use the materials and proudly share how the tools help them feel calm, comfortable, and ready to learn.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has created a more supportive and inclusive classroom environment where my students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your generosity is greatly appreciated by myself and my students. The desk bells are being utilized daily, along with a curriculum called Prodigies Music. This curriculum emphasizes the use of a color, note, and number system to read, play, and sing music. My students are learning the relationship between each note while playing and singing with the desk bells! They enjoy singing an ascending and descending C scale (Do, Re, Me, etc) while playing the bells. \r\n\r\nMy students were so excited when they first saw the materials. When I set up the bells on their desks , many of them immediately started tapping them to play! They smiled and laughed as they played the desk bells.\r\n\r\nDuring the beginning of the school year, the students were learning to play and sing scales and melodies using the desk bells. In the upcoming lessons, the students will be learning how to play chords. They will do this by playing three bells simultaneously or by playing the individual notes within the chords.","fullyFundedDate":1760693775924,"projectUrl":"project/desk-bells-ring-while-they-sing/9697847/","projectTitle":"Desk Bells Ring While They Sing!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Animam","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9836399_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1732273982821","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mrs-animam"},{"teacherId":9836399,"projectId":9066255,"letterContent":"Thank you for donating to my \"Every Beat Counts: Bands Benefit Students With Disabilities\" campaign.
