Many of our students struggle to read and write and the laptops allow them to be read to and to spell/grammar check their writing. The new laptops replaced the old laptops, which were slow and led to lessons being prolonged. This lengthening of lessons inevitably led to students having reduced attention and motivation. \r\n\r\nLearning how to effectively use AI will also serve our students well and help to close some of their skills gaps. By being more proficient in technology, we can support their leaning in a more realistic and meaningful way.
