We have been able to host in house gaming tournaments with super smash bros and plan to begin our Mario kart tour ament after mid-winter recess. Currently, my department is striving to change our subject matters from mainly pencil and paper worksheets and labs to a more student driven approach. None of which would be possible without the physical materials needed to make these activities a reality.\r\n\r\nDue to your kindness, my students were able to participate in mineral properties stations, including viewing the fluorescent minerals under a UV light, looking at rock samples with the magnifying lenses, and so much more.
