Setting and ambience are important factors in a classroom. When I provide my students with a calming environment, I notice that they are more focused and ready for learning. Your donations helped me create an environment that my students truly enjoy, and it makes them feel happy and content. \r\nThe light coverings make our ceiling look like a beautiful sky with a partial cloud covering which is as calming as it sounds. It also slightly muffles the harshness of the fluorescent lighting, which is especially helpful for one of my students who has light sensitivities. \r\nThe bouncy donuts have been more of a hit than I even realized. When I saw how bouncy they were, I was nervous that the students would become too playful and pay less attention to the learning. The opposite was true!! My students came over, sat on the donut and gave a little bounce while they listened intently to the story I was reading. I was amazed and I let them know that they could continue using the donuts as needed. \r\nI am so grateful for these items, and they have truly made a difference in my class.
