Your contributions have made an incredible difference in how my students are learning about word structure and building their reading skills. We are using these wonderful materials for multi-sensory morphology instruction, where students learn to identify and understand affixes, including prefixes, suffixes, and base words, with a special focus on Latin and Greek word origins. This approach helps students break down complex words into meaningful parts, which significantly improves their decoding, spelling, and vocabulary abilities.\r\n\r\nThe moment my students first saw their purple morphology kits was absolutely magical! Their excitement was contagious as they realized they each had their very own complete learning toolkit to use throughout the year. Each student received a beautifully organized kit containing composition notebooks, handheld dry-erase paddles, ringed microfiber erasers, pastel highlighters, thin line dry-erase markers, light purple 3-ring binders, purple zippered pencil pouches, and colored index cards with rings. Although we're still early in the school year, I'm already seeing students remember and apply the basic morphemes they've learned, which is incredibly encouraging.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we will continue using these kits daily throughout the entire academic year as part of our comprehensive intervention program. This systematic approach to teaching word structure is designed to help students increase their overall reading abilities, and I'm optimistic that we'll see significant improvements in their state testing scores come spring.
