Our library's 3D printer has positively impacted our school in numerous ways! The possibilities with a 3D printer are truly endless, if you can imagine it, you can create it!\r\n\r\nInitially, we utilized the printer to create replacement parts for our Snap Circuits that had been damaged. Our students enjoy using Snap Circuits, but with that enjoyment comes the natural wear and tear of the original components. Thanks to our 3D printer, we were able to 3d print replacement parts, allowing students to continue engaging in these activities for a longer period.\r\n\r\nAnother way we've been able to use our 3D printer is by creating a school-wide treasure box! We have included 3D printed items in this treasure box, allowing students to shop with the CKH tickets they earn. They can choose from a variety of fun 3D animal prints and fidgets. We believe this initiative will support our PBIS standards and motivate students to strive for their best.\r\n\r\nWe have also been able to assist our special education students with fidget toys designed to help ease emotions. Overall, we are very pleased that our school can rely on this 3D printer to address the needs of our students and the school community.","fullyFundedDate":1757882708138,"projectUrl":"project/library-makerspace/9680443/","projectTitle":"Library Makerspace","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Alvarado","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8093446_orig.png?crop=955,956,x0,y203&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1756953757831","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8093446"},{"teacherId":9128662,"projectId":9210534,"letterContent":"I would like to extend my deepest gratitude for your generous support.
