Because of your support, we had access to DreamScape Premium, GimKit Pro, and Classroomscreen - tools that transformed the way my students engaged with learning. \r\n\r\nThe subscription to Classroomscreen provided us with many helpful management utilities such as a name randomizer, timer, scoreboard, and more! I was also able to create polls to check for understanding and make countdowns for upcoming events. My favorite feature was being able to save screens, so I didn't need to re-create them each day or even multiple times a day for different subjects. \r\n\r\nThe subscription to Dreamscape gave my class access to Premium assignments, test prep, Class Missions and monthly rewards (our favorite perk). It also gave me personalized player reports on reading and skill comprehension so I could track progress.\r\n\r\nThe subscription to Gimkit Pro was the most popular in our classroom! It allowed my scholars to play any of the GimKit game modes at any time, so they were able to play their favorites all year long. My favorite part was being able to assign kits as homework so my students could still practice skills from class on their own, and it was fun!\r\n\r\nThank you so much for investing in my scholars' education and helping to create a classroom environment where curiosity, creativity, and joy were able to thrive!","fullyFundedDate":1716559369963,"projectUrl":"project/empowering-classroom-engagement-digital/8386320/","projectTitle":"Empowering Classroom Engagement: Digital Tools for Active Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Fisher","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8045298_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1661908714646","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8045298"},{"teacherId":8045298,"projectId":8666055,"letterContent":"On behalf of my 4th-grade class, thank you so much for your generous support. We were able to purchase Snap Circuit electric sets. Your contribution has given my students the opportunity to engage with science in a hands-on and truly impactful way. Learning about circuits is one thing, but being able to build and experiment with parallel and series circuits brought their learning to life in ways that a textbook never could.\r\nThe joy and excitement on my students' faces as they worked through challenges and successfully built functioning circuits were truly priceless. These experiences have not only deepened their understanding of electrical concepts but also fostered critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Many students expressed how much fun they had while learning, and some have even shared aspirations to explore careers in engineering and technology thanks to this experience.\r\n\r\nYour kindness and belief in the power of education have made a lasting impact on these young learners. The new products helped them feel more confident and prepared, and it was a powerful moment to see their faces light up. Your support has a tangible effect on their daily lives and helps create a positive and supportive learning environment.\r\n\r\nThis project was about more than just providing supplies; it was about showing our students that they are cared for and supported by their community. Many of our students don't have consistent access to these essential items at home, and your gift fills that gap. Knowing that people like you believe in their well-being and education is incredibly motivating for our students.
