One student shared, \"I thought the yoga class was really nice and something that I would like to participate in more often. I liked the environment you created and the peacefulness of the room. It was really nice to be able to get my body up and moving... My body felt so good afterwards.\" Another student reflected, \"It allowed me to take a break from the work I was worried about and just focus on breathing... After we finished and I went home, I felt so relaxed, even my parents could notice the difference.\" Their reactions when they first saw the materials were filled with excitement and curiosity—they immediately noticed how the mats and props made the space feel special and inviting. These resources have not only supported physical wellness but also created moments of calm and accomplishment, helping students feel more grounded and productive.
