It has been a big improvement on their handwriting and organization skills. It has been a rewarding opportunity to teach some lessons of accountability and responsibility. As we move into October, the students have perfected their morning routine of copying their homework and are responsible for bringing their planners every day.\r\n\r\nI have also informed parents that they should be checking the planners daily and signing off at the bottom to show that it has been reviewed. I allow parents to write notes in the planners. If there is anything they need to contact me about regarding their child or their homework. The planners have been a lifesaver because everything is in one location. Not only do my parents love this idea, it has been a great tool to increase communication with families.\r\n\r\nThank you for your generous donation. The planners are a huge success and I can't wait to implement this again for next year. This would have not been possible without your donation.
