The snacks were a big hit with the students. They were able to pick out some to eat at school and one to take home. They even wanted to take one for brothers and sisters at home. Each day they want me to read a new Pete the Cat story. The students come in each day and looks for Pete to say \"good morning\" to him. They also love the stuffed toy emotions. They use them as reading buddies, to read stories to. They love looking at the faces of each one and telling all the new teachers that come in how each one feels. \r\n We read the book The Pigeon Has Feelings, Too! and the children loved it. They wanted me to read it a second time. My students love having new books to read.
