In our 3rd-grade classroom, small group time is where my English Language Learners receive the targeted support they need to build language skills and confidence. With these new resources, it has become much easier to transition smoothly from large group instruction into targeted small group work without losing momentum.\r\nWhen the materials arrived, my students were immediately excited, especially about the stacking stools. They love choosing a stool color each time they come to the table, and that small choice has made them more eager to participate. The space feels welcoming and special to them, and I've noticed students are more focused, collaborate more naturally, and seem more comfortable speaking and taking risks in English.\r\nWe now use the group table daily for reading, vocabulary practice, and language activities that support both academic growth and social-emotional learning. We also use during intervention time. The flexible seating and organized setup make our lessons more efficient and engaging, and students look forward to small group time. Your generosity has helped create a space where learning feels comfortable, supportive, and joyful. The 20 brand-new desks have truly transformed the way my students learn and stay organized. When my students first walked in and saw the desks, their excitement was contagious. They couldn't stop marveling at how new and pristine the desks were, especially compared to the old, deteriorated ones we had before. \"These are so cool!\" one student said, while another exclaimed, \"I've never seen desks this nice before!\" \r\n\r\nThese desks have been a game-changer for my third graders. They are perfectly sized for their height, allowing them to sit comfortably and focus on their work. The spacious design has made it possible for my students to keep their materials organized and easily accessible, which has been essential for our daily lessons. \r\n\r\nIn math, for example, we've been diving into multiplication, and students use whiteboards, markers, and manipulatives during our lessons. Thanks to these desks, they can store their materials neatly and retrieve them quickly, keeping the learning process smooth and focused. \r\n\r\nWe've also been studying ancient Rome, which has been a fascinating unit for my class. Students have been using several notebooks, packets, and folders to write about Roman architecture, culture, and daily life. With their desks, they can keep all these resources organized, making it easier to dive back into their work each day without missing a beat. \r\n\r\nBeyond functionality, these desks have brought a sense of pride and joy to my students. They are so grateful to have a comfortable, clean space to learn, and they take responsibility for keeping their work areas neat and tidy. The newness and quality of the desks have made them feel valued and motivated to do their best. \r\n\r\nLooking ahead, these desks will continue to play a vital role in our projects and daily activities.
