The materials have had a positive impact on our classroom! We use the wipes to clean our work spaces daily. The kids have expressed that they feel better knowing that we are combatting the germs that are going around this time of year.\r\n\r\nThe clipboards have also come in handy when my students are working in pairs or even independently. We have a lot of flexible seating (some from a previous Donors Choose purchase) and the kids really enjoy working in a more flexible manor. It truly helps a lot of my students with ADD and ADHD to get some of their wiggles out and to be able to stretch out on the floor and use the clipboards to keep their work stable. \r\n\r\nThe paper is being used in a bunch of different ways! I use it to print assessments because it is sturdier and more like a card stock thickness. That's just my personal preference and it works better for filing their assessments also. We also use it in a variety of ways for different projects and activities because the thickness is great for those situations. We try to do a lot of hands on activities because my students learn better using a variety of senses to help them remember what they are learning so using this type of paper is great for cutting/gluing/coloring their assignments. Our classroom environment has been elevated to another level with your generosity. The kids love using the floor cushions to sit and lay down while completing their work! I always find that the kids are more engaged when they can work comfortably in flexible seating. \r\n\r\nThe money set has also given us the ability to practice our money skills more often whether we are pretending to spend money on fictitious items or using the money when solving a variety of different problems. Giving them the chance to touch and manipulate the money helps include more senses and I find that a mutli-sensory approach benefits my students greatly. \r\n\r\nMy students were so excited to receive and unbox the new items, they say it's like Christmas morning for our class!
