Meanwhile, The Forbidden Schoolhouse allows our 11th graders to practice direct text decoding and stamina as they evaluate historical events objectively, separate fact from perspective, and build civic literacy.\r\n\r\nReading in our room is an active, collaborative experience. You will see students paired up analyzing graphic novel panels to trace visual foreshadowing, using visual vocabulary logs, or engaging in thoughtful discussions about historical cause-and-effect. Having snacks available will help them feel cared for and better prepared to focus on learning.\r\n\r\nThe toothpaste is also especially helpful for students who wear braces and need to take extra care of their teeth throughout the day. The feminine hygiene products provide essential support, while the Lysol spray and cleaning wipes help us maintain a clean classroom.
