It has been a very useful tool throughout our class. \r\n\r\nIn our personal fitness class we have a variety of students with ranging skill abilities learning new lifts and lifting techniques. One of the key aspects of the weight room is form. It is important the students learn proper form and technique for these lifts to ensure safety and reduce injury in the weight room. We utilized a specific app on the IPAD called coaches eye. This app allowed us to take video of the lift, use slow motion and draw on the picture to demonstrate where our head should be, alignment different parts of our body to ensure we are getting the most out of the lift. \r\n\r\nThe students ask for feedback frequently and its one thing to demonstrate the exercise and show them how it should be done but it is way easier to show them on a video of themselves what they are doing correctly and anything they could change. \r\n\r\nThank you so much for your generosity towards our programs.","fullyFundedDate":1759264383003,"projectUrl":"project/physical-education-assessment-tool/9633870/","projectTitle":"Physical Education - Assessment Tool","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Krause","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10204262"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_41070","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":232,"numTeachers":10,"percentFrplEligible":16,"percentAsian":4,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":91,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":2,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"6 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"23.2:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_DISTANT"},"inStateSupporters":null,"schoolId":41070,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Sunapee Middle High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Sunapee Middle High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/new-hampshire/school-administrative-unit-85/sunapee-middle-high-school/41070"}
