When asked what impact this made, that is easy to describe. I have children who come from low-income families and cannot afford to send snacks for their children. The help you have given me has allowed for those children to have snacks at snack time or anytime they feel hungry.\r\n\r\nI fill a special basket with the many snacks we received, always trying to keep many different items in it, so that the students have a good choice of food. It's so much fun to be able to fill this basket and see the children go through it, smiling excitedly at what they get to choose. Before you funded my project, I was only able to support the children myself, not allowing for the number of snacks you provided.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for helping our classroom be a happier, bellyful, place!! The fidgets have been a game-changer for students who need help staying focused during lessons, and the stools have created a flexible, comfortable seating option that helps with both collaboration and concentration. Our classroom library has grown beautifully thanks to your support, and students are now more eager than ever to dive into independent reading time. The snacks have also been essential in keeping everyone energized and ready to learn throughout the day.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, our class will be using the self help books during read aloud to guide class discussion on how we can help ourselves when our bodies feel a range of emotions. Thank you for supporting public schools and our children. Thanks to your donation, our classroom could buy many different art supplies to get us through the rest of the year. The main item we were able to get was a bunch of drawing paper. My students love to have white paper to draw and create. The drawing paper is one of the student's favorite options for choice time. One of my favorite things is watching the kid's imagination come to life. I adore being able to watch them express themselves through art and they often come to me to show me what they have created. Our classroom walls are filled with artwork from the kids!\r\n Another item we were able to get was special scissors that cut in different shapes and patterns. In addition to drawing, the kids love to give their artwork a special border using these scissors. They also cut out pieces to make paper sculptures with special edges. Your donation also allowed us to get new markers. This will allow the kids to have markers all through the year and not worry about the markers drying out. Lastly, the new pencil sharpener has been extremely useful in our room. It sharpens not only their regular pencils but colored pencils as well. \r\n Thank you again for your generous donation.
