Painting and drawing help build small motor skills, which lead to writing, so building these skills helps them be able to develop their writing skills. \r\nThe students liked it when I opened the new playdough and paints, then they commented about how soft the playdough was and how many colors there were. They like the playdough because it lasts longer than other companies dough and it is much softer and easier to make into creations. I use the paint daily as a way for students to create art for the families whom they may miss during the day. I also have students who make paintings for me to hang in our classroom. Your support has made an incredible impact on both the students reading these important books and those being read to.\r\nThanks to your thoughtful contribution, our older students now have a dedicated way to share these valuable stories with younger grades. As they bring the books to their peers, they are spreading knowledge while fostering empathy, kindness, and emotional awareness. The power of stories to teach these essential life skills is immeasurable, and it is evident in how the students engage with each other in more positive and supportive ways.\r\nThe books you have provided offer opportunities for younger students to connect with characters who face challenges similar to their own while helping them navigate emotions, build resilience, and develop a greater understanding of themselves and others. In turn, the older students benefit from reinforcing these concepts within themselves as they practice reading aloud and guiding the younger ones through these stories.\r\nYour donation is not just about providing books—it's also about enriching the educational experience, creating lasting connections, and empowering students to grow emotionally and socially. We cannot thank you enough for your role in making this happen.","fullyFundedDate":1733246958751,"projectUrl":"project/read-it-learn-it-teach-it/8785138/","projectTitle":"Read It, Learn It, Teach It!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Ava","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6559021_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1693365969227","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/ms-ava"},{"teacherId":6026315,"projectId":8804946,"letterContent":"We have structure!
