I also placed the home blocks in a container accessible for the students. Monday morning, my preschoolers cheered with joy! Immediately, they set out to explore, work together, collaborate, and construct by using all the new materials. The vision I had for my students at block area became a reality. \r\n \r\nMy next step for my students is to add Blue print paper copies, construction books and writing utensils so that the students not just play, explore, develop social skills but become architects, make blue print plans, and enhance Literacy/writing skills as well.
