Our class has been using the stools as flexible seating options during independent work, small group instruction, and reading time. Many of my students benefit from being able to move their bodies while they focus, and the wobble stools allow them to do so in a controlled and purposeful way. They are able to give more attention to their reading tasks in my English Language Arts classroom.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the stools, they were excited to see them in our classroom, since they have this option in other places. We took time to practice using them safely and respectfully, and the students have taken real ownership of that responsibility.
