As a fourth grade teacher, I put a lot of focus on comprehension of reading and creating new ideas from what was read. Additionally, students need to know what questions to ask in order to develop a deeper understanding of the material in front of this. This is just a small glimpse into what reading looks like for us. \r\n\r\nMy students LOVE National Geographic books. It's interesting, actually. I thought my students would love fictions books as opposed to non-fiction books, but I was so wrong!
