Having multiple characters available gives her something comforting and familiar to focus on when she is feeling overwhelmed. Listening to the stories and music helps her calm her body, settle into the school day, and turn a difficult morning into a more positive one. It has been incredibly rewarding to see how this simple resource can make such a difference in her ability to feel safe, comfortable, and ready to learn.
