We kicked things off with a slideshow featuring a book about thankfulness, followed by a discussion on what it means to be thankful and why it's important. We even had some brave volunteers share what they are thankful for!\r\n\r\nNext, the slideshow guided families through creating their own Thankful Turkey Hats — and the kids absolutely LOVED it! It makes learning fun and helps the kids complete activities to go with what they have learned. \r\n\r\nThank you again for your generosity and supporting our room. They have practiced soccer skills, basketball, jump rope and catch!\r\n\r\nThis project helped the whole school but my kindergarten class helped build the new storage and blow up the new balls. They were so excited when I started opening boxes. They deserved balls without holes and kicking a real soccer ball and not a flat basketball.\r\n\r\nI am always thinking of the next thing to add to make school enjoyable!
