When I differentiate my instruction, they get through our regular curriculum quickly and need more challenges. \r\n\r\nThey are learning stronger vocabulary words, using critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, and are very engaged in the interesting stories. \r\n\r\nReading in my classroom is fun, engaging, always moving and changing. I provide a variety of opportunities to read throughout their day in various methods. I teach literacy, not reading. \r\n\r\nOne student in particular was searching for a new series to read so our first novel study is a series and he is enjoying it.
