From the moment it arrived, this table has become the heart of our classroom community. We use it throughout the day for everything—eating breakfast together, practicing addition and subtraction, learning to read and write, creating art projects and crafts, and even building with Legos. It has given us a central space where we can come together as a class in small groups so all the children can receiving direct and one on one attention as much as possible, and I see daily how much of a difference this makes in our learning.\r\n\r\nWhen the desk first arrived, my students were absolutely thrilled! They had been asking me for weeks to find a table where we could all work together. I had found one on Facebook market but it was a little bit old and its shape was not very useful.\r\n Before that, we had to push two small tables together, which was a lot of work and didn't give us nearly enough room. Now, we have this beautiful, sturdy desk where everyone can gather comfortably. The excitement on their faces when they saw it for the first time was priceless—they immediately wanted to start using it for everything!\r\n\r\nJust this past Friday, we accomplished something wonderful around our new desk. Working in small groups, we completed 100 additions together! The desk made it so easy for students to collaborate, share strategies, and help each other decompose numbers. It was smooth, engaging, and joyful—exactly what learning should be. Next, we'll be using the desk for our multiplication lessons with our boards, and I know it's going to be just as amazing. Thank you for making this possible and for believing in our classroom. Your generosity is making a real difference in my students' education every single day! With the tools provided, my students were able to strengthen their early literacy skills, confidently finishing kindergarten reading and writing complete sentences. These materials supported daily reading groups, phonics games, and hands-on writing activities that engaged every learner and helped set a strong foundation for first grade.\r\n\r\nI will never forget the excitement on their faces when we first opened the boxes. The room filled with energy as students explored the books, writing tools, and learning games. One of my students, who had been hesitant to write, proudly read aloud the first sentence he wrote on his own: \"I like my dog.\" It was a small moment that marked a big leap forward.\r\n\r\nAs we move into first grade readiness, we're building on the skills developed with your help. We're now working on short story writing and independent reading. These students are more confident, capable, and excited to learn because of your generosity.
