I was so blown away by actually getting the donations, I did not think it would happen! I feel so blessed and so thankful. I was providing for my students myself, and while I did not mind, I am a first-year teacher, so you know that salary is not the most and I could not afford to keep up with it. \r\n\r\nA lot of my students are picky, do not eat breakfast, or do not bring a snack from home for the afternoon because their families do not have the ability to do so. This is extremely helpful to have a variety and ample supply so that I can let them choose. \r\n\r\nIt is so hard to work on an empty stomach, and it is hard to focus and learn! My special needs students are most particular with what they like, so again, having choices for them is amazing.
