I wanted to send my love and appreciation for all of your support. With your help, I am able able to pay for my masters degree for transformative teaching that includes social emotional well-being, trauma-informed teaching, and teaching from an assets based lens. \r\n I am learning things that have truly transformed the way I approach teaching and life, and how I show up for my school community. I am better able to not only love myself and show up more authentically and more wholly for my students and my family, I am also able to share my knowledge and tools with my students so they may utilize the information and strategies in all aspects of their lives, should they choose. \r\n I am learning how to build a safer environment in my classroom in which all of my students can feel a sense of belonging, valued, heard, and appreciated and celebrated for their unique perspectives and cultural backgrounds.
