Your generosity did far more than provide supplies for a classroom. It helped create a learning environment where students feel supported, understood, and capable of success.\r\n\r\nThe Focus Project was created out of a real need I saw every day in my classroom. Many of my students struggled to stay focused during lessons. This was not because they did not care or lacked ability, but because they needed a healthy outlet for their energy. Before this project, that energy often showed up as drawing on loose paper, tearing worksheets, tapping on desks, or becoming distracted in ways that led to disciplinary issues. I knew there had to be a better solution that allowed students to focus without constant redirection.\r\n\r\nThanks to your donations, I was able to purchase fidget spinners and fidget cubes for my classroom. These simple tools have made a powerful difference. Instead of students getting into trouble for fidgeting, they now have an appropriate and productive way to release energy while remaining engaged in instruction. The impact was immediate and noticeable.\r\n\r\nSince implementing The Focus Project, disciplinary issues in my classroom have significantly decreased. Students are calmer, more attentive, and better able to remain on task during lessons. Even more encouraging is the sense of responsibility they have shown. Students treat the fidget devices with respect because they understand their purpose and value. What once felt like a daily challenge has become a classroom culture built on trust, focus, and mutual respect.\r\n\r\nAnother major benefit has been the cleanliness and organization of the classroom. Excess trash, loose paper, and unnecessary clutter are now virtually eliminated. Students no longer feel the need to constantly draw or tear paper to occupy their hands. This has helped maintain a clean and organized learning space and allows us to spend more time focused on instruction instead of managing distractions.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, your support has helped my students feel seen and understood. The Focus Project sent a powerful message that their needs matter and that their teacher and community are willing to invest in their success. That message has increased confidence, improved behavior, and strengthened our classroom community.\r\n\r\nI am deeply grateful for your belief in this project and for your willingness to support innovative solutions that directly impact students. Because of you, my classroom is a more focused, positive, and productive place to learn.\r\n\r\nThank you for making The Focus Project a success. Your generosity truly worked and continues to work every single day.","fullyFundedDate":1764939025718,"projectUrl":"project/the-focus-project/9941331/","projectTitle":"The Focus Project!","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Milton","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10369291"},{"teacherId":10235780,"projectId":9671031,"letterContent":"I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to your contributions to my classroom project \"Grooving through Writing.\" My students who were in need of these products absolutely love them.
